Giveaway Terms & Conditions - Orealauto - Summer '24

Welcome to the "Stattic Co. August Giveaway"! Please find the rules for the giveaway below:

1. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to individuals who book an interior detail or a combo interior + exterior detail service appointment with Stattic Co. LLC between the hours of 12am & 11:59PM on August 10th, 2024.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old as of the date of entry.
• Employees of Stattic Co. LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry

• To enter the giveaway, participants must book and complete either an interior detail or a combo interior + exterior detail service within the specified dates.
• Each qualifying booking will automatically be entered into the giveaway. No additional purchase is necessary beyond the qualifying service.

3. Prize

• The prize is a set of Oreal Floor Liners for vehicle of the winners choice.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Stattic Co. LLC.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
• The winner will be notified via the phone number or email provided at the time of booking.
• The winner will have 48 hours from the time of notification to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, Stattic Co. LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

5. General Conditions

• Stattic Co. LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Stattic Co. LLC’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Stattic Co. LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Orealauto.

6. Privacy

• Any personal information collected during the course of the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and notifying the winner.

7. Governing Law

• This giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Maine and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
